In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase (For original paintings, please see below). The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
- Expect a return label after you have requested a return.
- If possible, please attempt to use the same packaging item was shipped in.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Original art pieces: (ie. paintings) Are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If damaged in transit, contact us.
All orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Expect up to 2 weeks after you've ordered for your order to be shipped out. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Free local pickup is available for specific orders within the Houston area. Typically it will be for artworks.
Pickups are made from 6:00pm to 8pm during weekdays and 10am to 5pm on weekends. We will contact you via text message or email with the phone number and email address you provided at checkout to confirm a day and time to meet.
