With no initial idea in mind, I brainstormed "Rapid Research Team" and began searching for my elements to create. Overall the design represents what it means to be a UX Researcher.

In my eyes, one has to be grounded in order to understand an individual on a deeper level to know what investigative questions to ask to get the necessary information out...frankly because everyone is different. This is why I went with more of an organic feel leading with a magnifying glass and question mark. I also wanted to add some movement to equate to their process.
